Participants were very interested in learning different and delicious recipes. Baklava, Green Bean, Pastry with Cheese and Islim Kebab (Meatball wrapped in Eggpalant) were taught at the lesson. At the end of class everyone tasted those food and dessert. The participants not only enhance their knowledge about the Turkish food but also have good relations with each other and make good friends.
The guests watched the class with deep interest, asked questions and took notes on their recipes given at the beginning of the class. After the class, participants shared their opinions about Turkish Cuisine class. (December 20, 2012, Tulsa, OK)
